Carers Conference 2013

Last year I was invited to Newport Carers Conference as their photographer and to give a speech about respite services from a young carers POV. This was a novel experience for me as I have not experienced event photography like this one at all. I was limited to  some to get some photos I had hoped for as I did not have a couple of lenses I desired. 

Throughout the day, I also took some video clips which I then later edited...



I feel that the use of a video sums up the atmosphere and the story of the day better than the photos do.. 

Parents Traveled the World

Whilst in Harlow I got rather bored, which can only lead to one thing- Photoshop!! Yes. Simply took the parents faces and dropped them onto iconic images from around the world. Oh how I chuckled. #SimpleThings

Harlow

SO, I've started this blog because my housemates pressured me into it. It will be jam-packed full of photography and the odd video/short film whilst I find my blogging feet and idaentity...

These photos were taken a while back whilst visiting family in Harlow. Although I had always considered Harlow as being a place where there is a drug dealer behind every bush, I was so surprised to find this beast of a park. This place is so angelic and peaceful and a complete contrast to my prejudice views on this place.
